Vet Metrics possessed the industry’s most extensive database of practice performance metrics and client compliance behaviors. As a result Dr Swartz is the foremost industry authority in the practice growth areas of internal marketing, reminder performance, client compliance, staff training and program implementation. Dr. Hank Swartz is a veterinarian with 23 years experience in animal health industry in the areas of sales, marketing, consulting, and business development. He has been published multiple times in veterinary journals and websites, and conducted numerous national, regional and local continuing education presentations on the topics of compliance improvement, wellness strategies, internal marketing and Internet applications. Most recently, Dr Swartz created the training and implementation materials for the 2011 Catalyst program and in 2014 authored the Implementation Guide for Boehringer Ingelheim’s Have We Seen Your Cat Lately (HWSYCL) program. His industry career included positions with Hills Pet Nutrition, VetMedCenter with Dr. Larry Tilley and IDEXX Labs.
